Terms of Service

Proopsys is a business operating platform that helps operators track performance, manage pipeline, plan content, and coordinate teams. We are not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or accountant. The intelligence we provide is for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice for important decisions.

• You must be 18 or older to use Proopsys.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One person per account. Do not share account access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Use Proopsys for any legitimate business purpose.
• Import your business data.
• Share your work with team members.
• Export your data at any time.
• Cancel your subscription at any time.

• Use Proopsys for anything illegal.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Try to reverse engineer the platform.
• Use the platform to spam or harass anyone.
• Resell access to the platform without our permission.
• Upload malicious code or content.

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of anything you create or upload.

By using Proopsys you give us permission to process your data to provide the service.

We do not sell your data.

If you close your account you can export everything first. We delete your data within 30 days of account closure.

• Plans are billed monthly in advance.
• The 14-day trial is free. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial you will be asked to subscribe to continue using paid features.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

We will work to keep Proopsys available and working well. We will notify you of planned maintenance. We will protect your data.

We cannot promise 100% uptime. Technology sometimes fails. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or platform errors.

• You can close your account any time from your settings.
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• We will warn you before suspension unless the violation is severe.
• On termination you have 30 days to export your data.

Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We will email you 14 days before material changes take effect.
